“In accordance with article 5 of Statutory Law 15/1999, 13th of December, Protection of Personal Data, (PDP) “DISTRANSA GRUPO EMPRESARIAL, S.L.” (herewith, “The Society”) states that the personal character data provided by completion of any electronic form which is on the website of The Society, as well as those data received by means of navigating, or asking a question, request or use of any service or product made by you through the website of The Society, will be retained in a file in the charge of “DISTRANSA GRUPO EMPRESARIAL, S.L.”, situated in Carretera de Málaga, Km. 446,3, Santa Fe (Granada), you will be able to exert the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the use of your personal data, in the terms and conditions of the PDP.” “DISTRANSA GRUPO EMPRESARIAL, S.L.” is listed in the Business Registry of Granada (Registro Mercantil de Granada), volume 799, folio 120, page GR-5594 and its company registration (C.I.F. ) is B-18.336.149. Also, with the acceptance of this Legal Warning, you recognise that the successfully obtained information and personal data are exact and truthful. The Society cannot be held responsible for erroneous completion of personal character data which appears in any form of electronic registration. The puposes of colecting your personal data are those particulary indicated on each page of the electronic registration.
